P (Pony) saddle pads generally fit saddle sizes 14-16.5 F (Full) saddle pads generally fit saddle sizes 16-18.5 "Pony" size fits all horses less than 148 cm (14.2 hh) high at the withers. "Full" fits all horses over 148 cm (14.2 hh) at the withers.
