All measurements in the table are body measurements, not actual helmet measurements. Use a measuring tape to measure your head circumference. The tape should sit just above the ears and wrap around the center of the forehead and the back of your skull. The EU helmet size equals the head circumference in centimeters. The helmet should sit as low as possible, and be a snug fit, so that it doesn’t move when you shake your head around.

The foam-based Premium liner for Samshield helmets is open at the level of the forehead. This ensures optimal airflow without compromising the stability. Choose from 4-5 levels of additional foam shell lining to customize your helmet for the perfect fit. These liners allow young riders to grow with their helmet and add or change out liners as their heads grow.
