Visible and safe! The uvex exxential II LED is the first uvex riding helmet with an innovative lighting system. The integrated LED spots (white at the side, red at the rear) are not visible when in standby mode and are activated at the touch of a button. Another very practical feature of the sporty all-rounder is that it meets standards for both riding and cycling helmets, affording riders perfect protection at all times even when cycling to the stables.
The uvex exxential II LED is the perfect helmet for riders who wish to be fully prepared for an outing in the evening hours. Although the passive helmet lamps are no replacement for a headlamp that lights up the route, it does significantly increase the rider's visibility in the twilight and enhances safety in general. Three lighting modes are available as required: constant, flashing and pulsating. A plug-in LED with a magnetic holder at the rear controls the system. This functions as an additional rear light and also contains the battery level display. Depending on the mode, one charge will last between 6 and 12 hours. The very lightweight inmould helmet also impresses with its ergonomic design and a deeper-cut section at the rear. Adjustment in height and width with millimetre precision is possible by means of the 3D IAS system. The ventilation system ensures a perfect climate inside the helmet.
Washable inner lining.
