The Wrist Brace works well for those whose daily routine involves monotonous and repetitive movements, such as working at a personal computer, as well as for people who make more forceful exertions. The wrist brace offers a feeling of support to the joints.Did you know that we have two tendons in the same tendon sheath at the base of the thumb, but not on any other place in our bodies? This means that the two sinews can chafe against each other, thus making it easier for inflammation to arise in this area than in other tendons, especially during hormonal changes.
Washed at a maximum of 40 degrees with gentle washing program.

Chronic wrist pain eased during the first couple of weeks. Size is okay. My material fleece is comfortable, but it wears fast in everyday use and fluffy. Could be more durable. I already ordered others because I like them as much as possible and I have to wash them thoroughly, they dry really slowly.
The dimensioning in these is a bit special. I'm pretty large hands (gloves size 8.5), and I ordered L size. The wrist is really tight and the watch cannot fit underneath, but the palm is really loose. The palm also extends slightly over the fingers, which may make them warm a little better, but it is frustrating to try to do something at the same time. Also, these have "big" cuffs that are too big for me to stick to when I hold on to something. After two weeks of daily use, there is no trace of fleece yet. Plus the plus is that the inside of these is not fleece but a slippery fabric. In addition, it is good that the thumb is also included in the glove, often in such gloves (at least I have) the joint of the thumb remains unprotected. Warm-up is a familiar level of Back on Track, some work and some don't. Summa summarum, okay when buying, and I could buy others, but at normal price I would leave the following in the trade.
I got these bracelets about a year ago, when my computer-working fingers always seem to freeze, especially in the winter. Have been doing the right thing and using it every time I work or play. In addition, these have eased a lot of the thumb joints Strain Injury / windgall during and after that I have been able to work better. The minus comes from the fleece material, it littered quite quickly as it had to be washed quite often when sanding, is a bit too thick for use in summer. The seams may sometimes press slightly against the table but otherwise do not squeeze in any way. I have fairly narrow arms, I bought a size S.
