Description

KK ULTRA bits feature a shortened center link that is angled forward by 45°. This anatomical adjustment significantly improves the effect compared to conventional double-jointed bits. When the reins are engaged, the center link of the KK ULTRA lies smoothly on the tongue without pinching and without exerting pressure on the palate or bars. When used correctly, this promotes the horse’s trust in the rider’s hand, which is why these bits are used successfully across all disciplines and training levels worldwide – a true all-rounder! The KK ULTRA Universal bit is extremely versatile thanks to four different rein attachment options. The leverage effect can be individually adjusted depending on the rein position, intensifying the influence on the poll and tongue. This makes it particularly suitable for horses that are very forward-going and tend to evade contact by raising their heads. When used with a chin strap, pressure on the poll is reduced and additional influence on the lower jaw is possible. Due to the pronounced action, this bit is especially recommended for riders with sensitive hands. The rider can choose to use one or two pairs of reins depending on the desired effect.
