I wore these boots when I was younger and it's the best I've had. I had them for many years, before eventually getting tired. They used both for stable work and riding, and it wasn't until they were 8 years old that there began to be some cracks in them. I struggle to find boots that are wide enough in the leg, but these are just perfect. The upper part is also so stretchy that they can be folded down if you get warm! Waterproof and solid. They used throughout the year and were rarely cold or damp on their legs. Will definitely buy me a new pair now!
I think the boots are great in the mud or in the dung or in the meadow. I use the boots mainly when it is wet or when working dirty, such as. B. When lugging off when a lot of kacka rumligt or if in the dung heap, the water is or if we shovel the dung heap. They also get rid of crap and do not stink very hard. The only drawback is that I get smelly nice stinky cheese feet when I take them longer, but which is also on my feet they like to stink. All in all, the boots are great and what's great is that when you step into a heap of apples that you do not slip away.
Some time ago I bought these boots, after I had other outdoor boots last winter. In the beginning getting used to walking, so much damping / suspension in it, but are now delicious! Nice and warm, and well waterproof. Unfortunately on my calf just a little bit of space, so my water breeches, especially with water-tight breeches, and I still get wet feet in a downpour. In terms of service life, wait a bit, read a lot about cracks at the bending site. This is not bothered for the time being, but therefore the quality is rated somewhat lower. Believe that such a quality boot from this brand should not tear. I also missed info about possibly. maintenance.
I have narrow feet but wide calves. Thanks to the stretching upper part of the boot, it was no problem for me to wear them. Nice to have in the stable and I do not freeze with a wool sock in down to 28 degrees cold.
The foot is certainly not larger than the indicated size. The calves, on the other hand, are very wide. In my case the foot was just a bit on the small side, but I sent them back because the following size is a combined 39/40. Bit strange because you have either 39 or 40 right? They are not boots that you have to wear, because then you are guaranteed to suffer from your heel / heel. Moreover, the calf will probably become even wider. A shame because I really liked the waterproof aspect!
