I have combined this with the 200grams neck. For extra warmth in the winter
My 34 yr old Qrt with no winter hair is truly loving his new wardrobe. The weather in Ohio has not been very friendly this fall and the blanket I was using was not holding up to the conditions. This BLANKET fits him a little loose but that's on me, love that all the straps are very adjustable, and is completely waterproof. He is staying very warm and not sweating under it.. Will definitely buy another when needed.
Spectacular quality blanket - and warm. Comfortable clasps and looks great. I recommend!
Absolutely fine tire that is thick and waterproof. What I see as a minus is that it is small in size and at the same time that the neck that can be bought next to it has far too long fittings, and thus slides forward and folds at the withers when the horse bends down to drink / eat. There is thus open space on the withers, and it is not very practical at -20 degrees. Bought in size 135 for mine (which usually bathes a bit in this size) and this became very scarce.
good coverage. I find it a bit too short at the buttocks .. my horse putting the 155 usually. he wets at the buttocks. it would be necessary to review the fastening system of the neck cover. because as soon as there is a little wind the neck cover turns around and my horse is soaked at the withers while it is shorn. I have exactly the same problems on my 2 horses which one has the 200g and the other the 400g .... moreover I had already used my talents as seamstresses in the shoulder blown
